yes, and he is saying (wink wink) they don't want to reveal any trade secrets here. So for all intensive purposes the JB and DD ARE "different".

...No where in Frank's post does he deny how similar those pickups are. His post is actually a pretty good smokescreen maneuver...

I must admit that Frank's "neither confirm nor deny" post taken in isolation gives me the strong impression that they are all the same.

Don't know, don't particularly care, but it is entertaining.

some of us have done this 10-15 years ago and came to a different conclusion than you and your lab buddy.

WHAT EXACTLY did you do 15 years ago to come to a different result? I'd like to compare the methodology and parameters you've measured with what lab instruments, so I can see where we have erred, if at all.
