JB/VR/CR : Pos. 2 wiring?

Hello everyone! :)

I just ordered a Vintage Rails and a Cool Rails for my HSS Yamaha Pacifica, because I wanted the neck & middle pu to match better with the bridge pu (JB) tone-wise and volume-wise.
However, I don't know how I will wire the whole thing, especially pos. 2 (bridge+middle).

I have to make up my mind between:
A) Full humbucker+Middle PU (series)
B) Humbucker split+Middle PU (series)

Which one would be optimal, in terms of volume & tone with the other positions? Since I have these pickups, my goal is not to achieve accurate strat tone. What I'm looking for is a tone that's not too honky neither too thin compared to the other sounds.

Thanks in advance for your help :)
Bye ;)

The way you wrote this, it looks like you were expecting the bridge and middle pups to be in series with each other. In reality each pup has its own coils in series, but each pup is in parallel with the other pup.

Here is the diagram of the Everything Axe set, which is the only one with SC sized-humbuckers that differs to the others: http://www.seymourduncan.com/wp-cont.../EAX_1V_1T.jpg

In that case, are the pickups in series in all positions? No splits/parallel stuff?

In this diagram, the neck and bridge pups are each wired in series. The middle pup is wired in parallel (red and black together, green and white to ground). When the bridge and middle pup are selected (position #2), or when the middle and neck pups are selected (position #4), they are parallel with each other
