JB4-Lil'59-Lil'SD combo

Guys need some advice

My guitar info:
Fender American Strat Classic floyd rose

1.Pickup conf: HSS
2.Body : Alder
3.Neck: Maple
4 Fret : Rosewood

I'm planning to change the stock pickups to:
1. Neck : lil' screaming demon
2. Mid : lil' 59
3. Bridge: JB4

Has anyone tried this combo?....mmm for lil' screaming demon on neck, can it produce fat bass sound? thanks

i'm wondering this as well considering that i want a pup swap in my esp (it already has a jb in it and want to add lil '59 in the neck - it's a hum/single guitar).

so consider this a bump

you will get crunchy and tight distortion tones in the bridge...... the lil 59 is more vintage output, so if you like the 2 and 4 positions, it will make those positions sound better......and it will be more vintage by itself, so a different tone.......and the lil demon should be warm and fat in the neck

with a little tweak of the pickup heights and all, they should all balance well, and provide good versatility........im sure it would work fine!

Sounds hot. I like the looks of those little humbuckers man, I might have to steal this set-up for my Fender.

I wouldnt mind how this set up would sound either. I'm looking for some new pickups for my fender, but im not abig fan of the 'quack' sound ( even though i love SRV) a little can be ' ok ' but yeah! Either them, Single Coil Alcino 2's (flat?) and a lil 59?

Thanks for replying guys, finally i bought these pups 2 days ago, and i'm completely satisfied with my "New Fender", you can read my impression about this combo in my new thread "THANKS EVERYBODY!!I love you guys!!"

For those of you who're still thinking whether this combo works or not.....my suggestion is: GET UP!!, open that door and go to the nearest guitar shop and get these pups before somebody else buys 'em and you'll have to wait for the next shipment to come!!! :laugh2:
