This is with a taped non-stacked pickup tapped at 6.6 and 9.6k using the 3 way switch and pudh/pull pot. I think only controls are in middle position but may be wrong

Seems to me like the circuit from the Fender Seymour Duncan Tribute Esquire. The schematic is available in the Support section of the main website.

This is my favorite way to wire a Tele. Although I do a couple of things different in my own guitar. I do the 50's mod so the tone control is connected to either the middle terminal of the volume pot or the hot of the output jack to retain highs. And I use a .022 Oil & Foil tone cap, mostly because I've got a bunch of them: Hovland Musicaps.
This is my favorite way to wire a Tele. Although I do a couple of things different in my own guitar.
