Dang man...I was agreeing with you, just saying that their mainstays are still a big part of their sounds.

That said I get it...Derek and Warren use PRS amps.

That's what I'm talking about. Great two amp rig for maybe $500 - 600.

Might also need to include two new 10" speakers eventually. I don't know.

Wonder if he's going through a Klon?

I'd upgrade the stock speakers if it were me but it's all a matter of opinion...

Klon...maybe...shortly after the Klon Jeff added a Wampler dirt box of some kind and used them both for a while but last pic I saw no Klon just the Wampler.

That said it don't matter much...a Strat, a Pro Jr and almost any booster or better yet a low gain OD will get you there...I'd stay away form TS types with a PJ since they don't have a ton of low end to start with.

I just dug up a VG article on Jeffs gear by his tech and he mentions that the solic blue Pro Jr has Jensen P10R but never says if it is a reissue or an old cone speaker however I'd put my money on reissue...

He also mentions the use or reissue JTM-45 and JTM-45/100 heads and cabs.

At that time he was just using the Klon for dirt/od/boost
