I have been playing quite alot clean lately. So I figured that I could try to record something clean. Problem is that I record DI through my pedalboard normally but I I can't record a decent clean sound that way.

I miced up the Bluesbreaker with my crappy mic and recorded at very low volume (apartment guy here), of course this resulted in that I got a very very weak signal into the computer. Boosted it up after recording and had to add a nosiegate to get rid of the noise that also got boosted when I raised the gain. This is how it turn out, not the fullest best clean sound but I was desperate :laugh2: enjoy and comment!

Re: "King Blues"

I liked it, and to be honest I didn't see what was wrong with the tone.
But man... a clean tone... even in a flat you should be able to get it loud enough for a mic no...? I mean if it were balls out metal at the same volume, I'd get why people would be pissed, but clean blues...

Re: "King Blues"

Thanks! I still think the tone is a little flat or something, but I'm still quite happy with it for being recorded that low. My neighbours don't like sounds at all, trust me! But you might be right, they probably accept clean guitar alot more than balls out metal ;) Moving out to a villa over the summer now so there won't be as much volume restrictions for a couple of months
