I just can't decide whether I should get a korina or a maple neck
for my warmoth Vip korina body.
I'll probably be using brazillian rosewood for the fretboard, but i'm open minded about it
I don't know any guitar manufacturer that use mahogany or korina for bolt on necks... is this enough reason to go for maple?
I know maple = brighter sound + more stable.
korina = warmer fatter sound (similar to mahogany).
I play hard rock, classic rock and pop.Oh, and... the body might be chambered (good idea or not?).
I just want the optimum neck wood for a korina body. Which wood will be best for a bolt on neck?
Any thoughts?
