Kramer E.E. Pacer Imperial

Re: Kramer E.E. Pacer Imperial

Hi.. my son walked into my house a few summers ago with a 1982 Black Kramer Pacer Imperial (SN#B1902). My neighbor gave it to him, because he didn't like the sound. I think I may have been more excited than my son. Well anyway to get to my reason for posting here.

I finally got around to getting an amp, when I plugged it in, the canon jack seemed very loose, and I couldn't get any sound out of it with out jiggling the cord. I took the plate off the back and all the wires seem to be connected but I only got sound if the cannon jack touched the bottom of the lowest knob. I'd like to either fix it, or replace the wiring. Also I'm unable to tighten the canon jack. Can I use any kind of wiring, or should I get one for a specific brand, since I don't think I can real replacement parts?

Any help would be great.

Thanks,
Jason B.

Re: Kramer E.E. Pacer Imperial

Carvin and GFS sell the cannon style jacks
At GFS they are hidden up among the active pickups

They cost around $5 + shipping

Easy to replace
