Kramer

Older Kramer ZX-20 (at least that's what's on the truss rod cover). The guitar plays really great and sounds pretty good. It's got really hot pickups.

The bad part. Someone spraypainted the body black. Other than that, the guitar is pretty awesome and would make a great uitar if refinned.

How's $145 shipped sound?

Pics in awhile.

Re: Kramer

We need to swap "want list" then. I am willing to bet you and I come across stuff each other would want.

About the only things I care to keep for me are Gibson LP's. I've found another one close to ATL I am getting closer to making a deal on.

Re: Kramer

Josh,

What mandos did you come across? I've been itching for another one since I sold my Fullerton Gloucester.

And please lemme know if you come across any good acoustics as well. Our finances are coming together, and I can start spending a little here and there, and since you deal in so much gear (a lot like I was doing in Dallas) you could probably help out.

Re: Kramer

If the black finish is orange peeled it's a simple - if time consuming - fix, so that shouldn't put anyone off.

Re: Kramer

Orange peeled?

It's just spraypaited black, and looks like they didn't let it dry before handling it.

Yeah, when you spray a guitar, if you don't go to the trouble of buffing it properly, it looks "orange peeled", you know rough rather than the glassy finish you get on most guitars. I guessed that's what yours was like, and it's simple enough to sort, with some wet and dry paper.

orange peel simply means that the surface you painted bubbled into what would be the texture and look of an orange. but like diocletian said it's easy enough to get rid of if you know what your doing.

Re: Kramer

Sure, what are you looking for. I deal in all areas..............

Any solid topped acoustic. Preferably electro-acoustic, but I'll live. Open to any brands or styles. OM, Dreads, cutaways, even far out there woods that aren't usually used.

Like I said, we're getting to a place where I can start to build up a nice stable again, so if I can put some extra cash in a bros pocket at the same time, I'm down.
