Kustom 12 preamp out to Crate Powerblock

I played a Kustom 12 today, it sounded killer to me (well, for such a cheap amp!). If anyone has the Kustom 12 and a Crate Power Block - how does it sound going out of the Kustom into the back of the Crate and into a 4-12 or 2-12? Let me know if it sounds good if you try it out!!

I had one Dankstar, a Tube 12. I thought it was a pretty good acoustic amp. I seem to remember some type of mid-shift knob that was a pretty good feature. It wasn't a high-gainer, but had good sound quality.

cool - thanks! I think it might make a cool and cheap guitar "tube preamp" as it were as well. I was actually surprised by the overdrive coming out of the used one at GC today.

I've got one (Kustom Tube 12). I dig it going through my Marshall 2x12 cab. It could use some more headroom and low end, but for $40, I can't complain.
