I am down with the Satellite stuff, amazing sounding amps.
Brian Forsythe uses them with both Kix and Rhino Bucket and they just sound killer.
has cameron even delivered one amp yet?
Thanks for sharing Joe, some great looking kit there for sure. I'm kind of glad I am not able to try it because I'm selling stuff not buying at the minute! Ha ha :friday:
I can't buy anything either, but it's always fun to look.
The only amp related thing I bought all year was my new/used Marshall 1960AHW 4-12 cab. I was happy to see that it's the most preferred cab by most of the amp gurus there. I counted quite a lot of them.
The Scumback room was filled with TONE. The Friedman amps...Scumback cabs....I've never heard better examples of vintage Marshall tone.
Same with the Mercury Magnetics transformers room. They had all the classic amps, upgraded with new trannies and mod kits.
There were quite a few rooms filled with guys who've split hairs for decades on the subject of tone.
did you go to the goodsell room by chance?
It looks like a half ass wrapped Christmas present.

Speaking of the Cameron being a hotrodded marshall, Does anyone know if Jose Arredondo is still modding amps??
I just looked up those Cameron amps on youtube. Wow!! I love the way they sound.
He was sharing his room with Surreal Amplification, who say they're manufacturing the amps off Cameron's design, then Cameron fine tunes each one before they ship.
And since these are mostly boutique companies, nobody's seeing a bunch of them on the street, and rarely the used market. When looking at most of these amps, I realize you can only own them by ponying up the cash, and ordering direct.
