Lace Sensor Silver on the bridge. Any experience with this?

Feel free to post your experience with this pickup, in this position.

I'm chasing the late Ritchie Blackmore tone (say in Anya) and I think that's the pickup to get. Warm, focused, round lows, solid mids, moderate highs, yet bity. What do you guys think?

I like the Silver in the middle... and it actually sounds pretty good just by it's self there.
Golds or Hot Golds in the Bridge and Neck. I don't care for the 13K bridge...
.

Those 13k Hot Gold bridges seem hard to come by used on Ebay or other forums. Must be pretty decent.

They are for a hot lead sound... but they don't have any spank... you loose that snap.

I've always been intrigued by Lace pickups, but they're just so hard to get into

I assume you're talking about the Hot Golds. If so, would you say the Silvers keep the snap? I don't really need a glassy Strat tone, but at least some of it! I want it thick and singy, but with the Strat bite; otherwise I'd just get a humbucker.

I think the best choice is a Lace Sensor-Burgundy:

"New! Lace Sensor-Burgundy: Recommended as Bridge pickup for slightly fatter tone.

Postion: neck, mid, bridge
Resistance: 8.9k
Peack Frequency: 2700
Inductance: 4.44 henries "
