Laney IRT with a marshall cab?

I found this cab at a local pawn shop for about 430 bucks.I haven't bought it yet but I was wondering if the two even match.Its a jcm 900 version so probably G12 -T75 speakers.Anybody have any experience with them?

What is the tone like of those marshall speakers, will it work for clean, classic rock and hard rock?

I've had terrible experiences with the IRT cabs so I'm guessing the Marshall is worth a shot.
