Nice work!Something between Static x and Testament.I don't like the drums but it's a matter of taste.The riffing is solid ,and the harmonics at the end are really great!A "punching" bass may fit best in the picture!

Unfortunately, this is about the best I can do with the drums in Garageband. A few little tweaks have made the drum sound as realistic as possible, but it is the complexity of the drum patterns that is lacking. I am going to get Drumkit From Hell when I can afford it.

Sounds cool to me. Anymore, I get turned off with people's excessive drum programming for the sake of sounding "real". I say stick with whatcha got; it works.

Thanks. I agree.
Too much drumming gets annoying. (and tedious to program)
I just want the ability to change tempo and time signature in the middle of a song.

This stuff should be in the new metalocalypse episodes lol.. The main riff the harmonic reminds me of the theme tune. Some cool riffs in there

Drum programming is BORING... I love writing music, but scoring out drums I just don't enjoy

Dude, that one is seriously cool. Lots of agression, & it grooves, too. Just right for the banging of the head! :headbang: Needs to be twice as long though!

yep, it will be much longer, but I hate programming drums (and bass).
on a side note, I just picked up a new 7 string, Ibanez 7321 on a nice deal. so I will try and record it as soon as possible.

Finally got the new Ibanez set up properly.
It is completely stock.
This is the first recording for it.

Let me know what you think of the tone, recording....whatever.
