im looking for the lead sound he had on earth run. anybody know what he used?

When I saw lee he was using a mid 60's ES335. Probably with stock mid 60's Gibson humbuckers similar to the Duncan 59's. Lew

Feel The Night & Captain Fingers (because they came out in the late seventys) I assumed he was using a Lab amp (like BB King uses) with the built in compression with a fuzz in front and the album cover has a pic of the 335 that Lew mentioned. On Rit the pic is of a 335 case but doesn't sound like the earlier stuff (which I like better) but again (assuming) I thought it was a change in amps. I couldn't tell any thing from that album he did with Alphonso Musant, I think Tommy Bolin scared him (but again assuming). I saw a picture of him in the 90's with an Ibanez 335 copy and a Mesa. Is earth Run a CD? Is he smoking there? I'd recommend Feel the Night and Captain Fingers to any one.

earth run is one i have on tape. the cover is him sitting in chair with one of those weird yamaha synth guitars. its blue and it came out in 1986. does lee have a website?
