Les Paul fretboard radius?

Hi guys

I have an Edwards Les Paul copy and wanted to ask you if you know the fretboard radius for my model, which is modeled after a '59 reissue.

The reason I'm asking is that I really like the neck on this guitar and will be ordering a strat neck from Warmoth with the same radius to replace my 7,5 inch radius standard vintege Fender neck.

But there is just one problem............
People tend not to agree on the fretboard radius for Les Pauls. Some say 10, others say 11 and some even say 12. So I'm kind a puzzled! I have at least never played a Les Paul with a similar fretboard curvature as a modern Fender (9,5).

I don't have an answer for you, but a small tipp: you can build a fretboard radius gauge of cardboard. Cut it to a square and then cut a different radius to each side of the cardboard. Use a cord to measure the radius.

Traditionally, production Gibson fretboards have a 12" radius, regardless of what some may say. The Edwards may be different, because it´s not a Gibson but a ripoff.

59 LPs had 12" for SURE, the Reissues therefore SHOULD, so logically your Edwards should as well....

Without a radius guage, that´s all I can say

It should be a 12" Radius. That's what my LP is.

12" makes sense without having actually measured it and just judging it by feel.
I just was a little startled when the Warmoth site claimed that the Gibson necks had a 10" to 11" radius.
