I tried the Hughes & Kettner Rotosphere a few weeks ago and liked it alot but the price tag i didn't like, they wanted $334 and they have lowered it from $578.
Is there any other leslie pedals on the market today that doesn't have a high price tag?
I have a Alesis Nanoverb. I think that can be had for under $70 (US). It's
not pedal, But it does have a footswitch jack. It has a few different FX
in it. My Fav is the Rotary speaker (Leslie sim) I run it in my FX loop
and the punch in switch from my 4 track turns it on and off.
I have a real foam-rotor Leslie pulled out of an old organ, that I bought off eBay for 25 bucks. (Can you say Fender Vibratone? Can you say Stevie Ray Vaughn? Everyone always says those together.)
Add a Celestion G12M-70 for $15 (I had to patch a hole in the cone). Now I need to build a cab for it, which will match my 2-tone blue fake Univox 13 Watter. Weird science!
I know this has almost nothing to do with the thread, but I will end up with rotary-speaker tones eventually.
