Re: Lets see those pedal boards you are using right now.

Wow, I went six whole months without changing it... until today. The Paisley Rat replaced the Tone Reaper up in the #1 spot. I added the TR-2, and moved the Zoom MS-50G from the lower right to the upper left, where it replaced the Korg PolyTune that was there. Since the Zoom has a tuner built-in, the PolyTune was redundant. The MS-50G moslty serves as my "analog" slapback delay (using the Memory Man model). It also has a bunch of other effects, should I ever need something special. I also upgraded the firmware in the MS-50G, so it has a bunch of new effects that I need to explore.

The app only showed this much of your post and, for a very brief but glorious moment, you really were obtaining washing machine tone because your amp was in the shop.

Which begs the question, is that washing machine true bypass or not?

Those washing machines don't sound too bad but they suffer from 60 cycle hum.

Only the old belt driven ones. I know most of that crowd wouldn't even consider a more modern drum mounted one.

The top loaders are just way too sterile. Front loaders are where it's at. Way more analog sustain.

ST-200 Turbo Tuner* (*Recently replaced by a Hardwire Polytuner. It works better for me and still has a strobe-style tuning function)
CAE Dual inductor wah
VFE "Final Run" Tractor Beam Phaser
VFE "Smooth Operator" White Horse Custom Compressor
MojoHandFX Iron Bell "Fuzz"
Suhr Riot Reloaded Drive
RedHouse Effects (RHE) Mint Drive V3
Keeley Seafoam+ Chorus
Source Audio Nemesis Delay
powered by TrueTone OneSpot CS12Pro
Lava Cables "clear" ELC Mini pedal cable kit

Re: Lets see those pedal boards you are using right now.

Small update. The Nemesis is gone. Replaced by Obscura and enough room left to add the Ventura Vibe to the board. I have a Cusack More Louder. And it is exactly that. Totally clean boost. Was going to replace the Mint Drive with it but the grit I get from
The Mint is more desirable for what I'm doing.

Re: Lets see those pedal boards you are using right now.

what are the two pedals to the left of the vapor trail and zendrive?

Re: Lets see those pedal boards you are using right now.

that was i was guessing but on the one my buddy has the graphic and knobs are different

Re: Lets see those pedal boards you are using right now.

Les Lius in gold and the blue one is perhaps the best pedal on that board. Liquid Ambience. Amazing hall reverb with some crazy mod stuff.

i built the board from Ikea. Years ago someone posted a Pedal Board build with an Ikea shelf so I tried it out and it came out like that. I recently added the upper deck after checking out the Holey boards with the way they do that. I thought it was a wonderful Idea as I was kicking setting on the bottom row pedals just trying to turn the top row on and off.
I use a VooDoo Labs 8 way power supply which also has a single outlet on it so I can plug in my BBE Sonic Maximizer.
Top Row is in the effects loop. Bottom row is in front of the amp. The Sentry Noise gate is using it's loop feature to keep the front end OD and Distortion/ Boost pedals noiseless. Honestly they are not that noisy when the gate is off. But I also use the gate as a Buffer as I'm probably pushing 50+ feet of wiring including the Jumpers, pedals and the Planet Waves 1/4 to 1/4 adapters which I love. I want to get more for the effects loop and get rid of the short patch cables which by the way are also Planet Waves that I built myself. My guitar IN is Built by me and the Out to front of amp and effect loop cables I want to hand build and custom length them. I love the Planet waves cables, they are awesome.
The Volume Pedal is the first pedal in the effects loop. I use it for volume only. I don't do swells and all that kind of stuff. I'm a Metal guy and have no use for that effect. I just want control over volume for home practice so I don't have to constantly reach over to the amp and adjust it.
I want to add a Boss ES-8 for total control. And I want to get a Holey board in Vader Black the "THE SQUARE". Seems like the perfect board. I like the zip tie thing.
My board is using just a few pieces of Velcro and I hate it. I have very little on a few of the pedals and hold the rest on there other ways.
