Lets see those pedal boards you are using right now.

Re: Lets see those pedal boards you are using right now.

It's on topic. One could argue he's followed the instructions in the thread title exactly.

Almost. Following exactly would mean a live stream of swapping things around (and moving the can of WD40)... and you know it's coming :)

I keep hoping TC Electronics will release a new version of the G system. Hell I keep eyeing up the G system which has been out for years.
I really like their single pedals and if the G system sounds as good as the Pedals do, I might just have to go back to Multi effects.

How are you liking the Nova?

It sounds great! I was skeptical at first having owned several different multi effects. This one is easy to tweak which I've been doing a lot of. The best part is the OD\distortion are analog and they sound really good. The OD is in the tubescreamer family and the distortion is a MIAB style which is exactly what I need. I've been using the Duncan Tone Stack Calculator to set EQ settings to get close to classic amps, works very well in finding core tones.

Excellent delay and reverbs. I just cracked the flanger which is the hardest to dial in, but I got close to an Electric Mistress style flange.
I really like this unit and it makes it very easy to move and set up. I sold my Carvin halfstack which I did love but was tired of hauling up and down stairs.
I'm currently running the Nova System in to an old Peavey Special 150 and I have no complaints!

Not really. I play in the pep band at my college. When we perform, I use wireless. When we rehearse, why waste batteries?
Because it sounds different, has a different feel and drag on the weight of your guitar, and may pick up/amplify noise.

Finally got a noise gate, now my rig is complete, sans the phaser as I ran out of patch cables. Will buy more and also some DC cables to power the phaser as well. i should get a looper :p

Is that a Vox V847 or V847A wah? Or a different one?

Re: Lets see those pedal boards you are using right now.

An HW?! Nice. Those are awesome.

Re: Lets see those pedal boards you are using right now.

I do the same on my V847. I have no interest in keeping that many batteries on hand.

Lol. My 847A had a 9v adapter already on it from the factory, i didn't like its sweep though
