According to the manufacturer's site, it has a Custom Custom at the bridge, Custom at the neck.

Sorry, just revisiting this page now. If you're asking about my Psych-O-Telelic it's got a Q.P. Lead for Tele in the bridge, a Phat Cat neck and just the stock harness with a Black Candy cap upgrade. Best dang Telecaster this side of the Mississippi!!!

Well maybe not the "best" but it is pretty amazing and the two pickups do pair up perfectly with each other! The tone you get out of it while using both puppies in pos. 2 on the switch is nothing short of Heavenly & although it's still very much a Telecaster, "It's got a Hemi"!!!
