I just figured this connection out, back in 1995 I was living in Goldern, CO (Working at Rocky Flats Nuclear Weapon Facility) and used to get some of my gear from your brother.
Like others said, we've imagined your sound to be pretty similar to this. I knew it wasn't going to be barre chord metal! LOL
Nice smooth blues there. It slightly reminded me of Dikkey Betts or Jerry Garcia using a strat. I liked how you came into the solo around 2:24. A lot of good phrasing and note choices. I also liked the times you did a fast vibrato....nicely done.
Very nice Lew, I really dig this song. I have a lot less time to hang in the clip section, but when I saw this thread I had to chime in. Very cool vibe, great riff, and the lady has a wonderful blues voice. I think everything sounds overproduced these days, and I really miss stuff like that. Stuff that sounds real, unprocessed. Organic is the word, flesh and bones.
