lightning mojo les paul

Re: lightning mojo les paul

+1. Appears to have a short neck tenon. That LP definitely isn't a Reissue (Reissues have long neck tenons).

And in spite of the short tenon, you'll notice that even with a lightning strike the neck stayed attached. I'm just saying, nothing wrong with the short tenon!

CHEEzits dude!

That guitar got the **** smited out of it.

...I'd still rock it, though. Honestly. repair that fretboard, fix the electronics and hardware, and I'd rock it. Don't even gotta re-finish...it'd be badass.

Re: lightning mojo les paul

A guitar that was strike by lightning? can you get more Rock N Roll then that? I wouldn't have ever sold it and would have fixed only what needs to be fixed so it would be playable.

Fender should just start putting their Road Worn bodies outside with a lightning road and selling them as guitars that were struck by lightning. Beats the relic BS everyday...

Re: lightning mojo les paul

It's not too bad... Steam off the fretboard, install a new fretboard, refret, nut, and all new hardware and electronics

I wouldn't be suprised if he gets $1,000 for it

Re: lightning mojo les paul

To me it is just a damaged LP. Still, be kinda funny jamming out Thunderstruck on it :)
