Lil 59er question

Is it good for rhythm in a HSS setup at the neck for my jackson? I'm wanting to be able to play like "say it ain't so" by weezer ok with it, which the stock isn't bad just not great. Middle would be a cool rail(can change) and neck a pearly gates (coming). Or should I look for something else? Two cool rails? Help so i can order soon...

Also, should i have the volume pot be made a 500K or leave at 250k?

I've had both combo's in a Strat before. Lil 59/CR and CR/CR. They're both good tones. I would probably go with the Lil 59/CR combo if I did it again. You get just a bit more tone variation that way. They're similar - but different.

I've run mine at 250, but it can go either way. I'd start by leaving yours at 250 also. If you feel you'ld like a little more brightness, change them to 500's later.
