Line6 Stomp Boxes

Have any of you had a problem with your Line6 stomp box just turning itself off?

My DL-4 seems to be doing it occassionally (no regularity with the pattern) thought it was the batteries to start with but swapped to mains power. But its done it a couple of time to me tonight. Its not a biggy just mildy annoying as I have to pull the power or left input and it resets itself.

I'm out of luck in terms of warranty as it came from fleabay:smack: But it looks like a common problem if the reviews on harmony central are anything to go by.

Hm. I haven't seen that problem. I'm waiting on a stomp box, but a guy at church has played the DL4 for several months with no problems. Another guy I know used one for a few months, but he traded it off (he does that with ALL of his gear. Never satisfied).

I've heard if you open it up and take out one of the chips and put it back in, it fixes the problem (at least for a while). I don't know the full details, though. The Harmony-Central effects forum knows.
