They may not be any smaller than your other guitars, yet they're still little. Maybe it's a condescending attitude, but try to convince me it's not affectionate when I talk about my little Modern Player Fender with the Texas Specials. It wasn't expensive. There's nothing pretentious about it. Still, it's probably the best Strat I've ever owned. It's my little Strat.

I also have a big Strat. It's in a lighter color, has a maple fretboard, big headstock. It's also heavier and has a chunkier neck. It seems bigger. Has a pretentious active preamp onboard.

I've quite often seen Gordon-Smith guitars referred to as 'great little guitars'.

I loved the color of mine and the sound... It was killer... But I never was happy with mines neck. Awesome looking strat you got there.

Nice! I'm currently accumulating parts to convert a Silverburst FSR Telecaster into an Esquire. Fender needs to make more Silverburst guitars

Not sure I get it; I have a lot of respect for some of my cheaper guitars that do great things, and when I'm done with them they don't feel "little" if they ever did.

I have had a few guitars I guess you could call "little" in one way or another:

-Daisy Rock Heartbreaker Artist: Despite being 24.75" scale, the neck felt TINY in every respect. The body felt uncomfortable as hell to boot. Otherwise, it was a fine guitar but... I couldn't help but think, this guitar was made for little girls. Sure, a few might be drawn to the fact that it's heart shaped, but how many will continue to play when it hurts to do so?

-Fender Jaguars/Mustang: Despite having a 24" scale, these never felt "little" to me. They just feel perfect. It's not like I have small hands, 25.5" is my usual preference, but the necks on Jaguars/Mustangs I've played have always felt awesome. The Mustang has a thin/small body but it's still longer than a Strat, and a Jaguar body is heftier than a Strat body in every way. But everyone calls them "little."

My last build (Mary Ann) ended up being a "little" guitar. The body I got just doesn't have a whole lot of space beyond the bridge and it's a 24.75" scale. Compared to my other guitars it's TINY! Nice and lightweight though! Here's a pic with the other two I built/assembled. She's the one on the left and you can easily see how much smaller she is:

Pretty cool that they have a "Little Guitars" theme going for "Little Guitars," but I just can't watch the current lineup without feeling sorry for Eddie and Alex. Dave is just an embarrassment these days!

I have a Squire Mini, a Rickenbacker 320 and a Martin Backpacker. That's as little as I can go.

My Jackson Dinky is little. Yeah, it's a shaved-down Strat body, but it also meets the other criteria. My old LP-100, too.
