Little Studio Amps

Re: Little Studio Amps

IMO, the Mission 18 watt Aurora and the blackface Fender Delxue Reverb are the ultimate little studio amps...especially my BFDR which has been modded and includes a tweed Bassman/Plexi Marshall tone stack and a Celestion G12H30 speaker.

I can gig with either...

The Mission Aurora has a killer overdriven tone that's engaged with a pedal that's included with the amp if that's your thing.

Hello!

Well for a quick 80's sound in your proce range with one studio use you may want ot try an ADA MP-1, MP-2 or Digitech Twin Tube (or others in the this family) into and ADA micrCab off ebay. Well under your budget I think and you will get an 80's studio sound for sure! Gig it with a power amp, Crate Powerblock (also a backup amp then) or run into any amp or pa.
