Loading speakers from front/rear.

I have a 2x12 closed back cabinet that I built a while back, and have the speakers loaded from the front. (The cabinet back is removeable.) Would there be much differance in the sound or tone if the speakers were loaded from the rear instead? Thanks.

Nope. The main difference in tone comes from the wood, the thickness, the size and whether it's closed/open back.
