My guitar is a 2012 mim strat. The pickups are currently stock, the tone capacitor is a 0.22 orange drop. Lots are stock. My guitar Is wired like a Nashville tele. So it has a 3 way selector that goes neck, neck/bridge, bridge. Then the middle pickup can be fazed in with the second tone knob. I play a wide variety of music, punk, reggae, grunge, folk, blues, some metal and pretty much any else you can imagine. I play in a hair metal/thrash metal band, so I'm thinking of putting a hot rails in the middle position to help my strat sound more metal. I am thinking of putting a tele antiquity 2 neck pickup in the neck...i love the fat dark sound of the tele neck pup. The tone I'm aiming to capture with this pup is the tone of Jeff buckleys 1983 telecaster. And for bridge I want the most hendrix like pup I can find, when I jam I tend to start playing hendrix like riffs....so I guess what I'm asking is for some recommendations. I want a thick, dark, far sounding neck pup, and a very hendrix like bridge pickup. I think I want those two pups to be antiquitys. Have a good day
