Loudest/Cleanest 6l6 Replacement

Title pretty much says it all, I am looking to replace the tubes in my amp(I am pretty sure they are 6L6GC's.

short of spending big money on NOS tubes get a set of SED Winged C 6L6GC's...

I put a set of JJ tubes in my '77 Deluxe Reverb. I know they're 6V6's and not, 6L6's but they really cleaned up the amps sound, and gave it a lot more clean head room.

in order of price and quality...
NOS Philips 7581A,
NOS Sylvania STR series,
or new Winged C...

I really like the Winged C tubes in my Mesa amps.
