Lynch Screamin Demon for Neck PU?

I have a full size Screamin Demon that I took out of the bridge position on one of my guitars and I wanted to know if there would be anything negative or subpar tone-wise about putting it in the neck position on a guitar? I don't know if that pickup is ever used in the neck position, but I prefer the JB pickup in the brdge so I am wondering how well the Lynch pickup would compliment the JB. This is my first post, so any help is appreciated.

Do it! It should sound great and be a fantastic combo.
I use a JB with a Distortion Neck and it's one of the best combos ever (along with the Full Shred set) for my playing style. The Screamin Demon should be as hot as the Distortion Neck and sound more like a souped-up PAF with great smoothness and piano-like sustain. WOW! If I had extra money, I'd use one in the neck!

I don't know your guitar but my band mate has one in neck of his full mahogany LP. It sings.

Thx for all the replies. I am stoked to get the demon put in the neck pu of my grand old Ibanez RG550 from the 90s!

Haven't done it personally - but have heard good things about it used that way.
