I've got a M-Audio Fast Track MKII in great condition. I've had it for about two years, but never left my computer desk. The USB cable is included. I don't know what I did with the driver installation disk, but you can get the drivers from their website. The interface is great. I haven't had any noise or popping issues with it. It works flawlessly with Audacity and Reaper. 60$ + 5$ shipping.
