Can I power this pedal with 18 volts?

I also have a Mi Crunch Box and Blues Pro, along with the Sweet Honey... What order would you put these pedals?

I'm not sure about the 18v thing, but I would put it in front of most of your dirt. I run my clone before I my OCD clone, but after my Tubescreamer set for boosting and my boost pedal. It reacts very well to being pushed by other gain pedals, but it also adds a really nice flavor to anything that comes after it in the chain.
