Mag PU + Piezo, my wiring diagram...Is it right?

Hello everyone!!!!

I have this guitar:

It's a modded Crafter Sat whit 2 magnetic p.u (a K. Armstrong P100 type and a Seymour Duncan Tb59) and 1 piezo.

This is my wiring diagram:

Is it right?
Is there any error?
Is there anything I should change?

About the output jack, the 1 and 2 pins are isolated e indipendent from T, R and S.

My eyes hurt.

I need to print your diagram, cut it into its constituent sections and paste them back together in an order that reflects their actual spatial layout.

IMO, it would be tidier to run your "stereo" output idea via two independent jack sockets - similar to the Epiphone BB King Lucille thinline model. That way, you can perform using two regular mono instrument cables (obtainable anywhere) rather than a specialist "Y" cable.
