Marshall 1960B 4x12"

i have a Marshall jcm900 1960B 4x12" cab for sale UNLOADED. it comes with castors, and the bolts to mount the speakers, and some monster cable i used in the cab. the cab was made in 1992 and it is in good shape only a rip on the side from when it was shipped to me all those years ago. the log and grill are excellent . i am looking for $250.00 local pick up only . i'll take paypal or USPS money order. i am in connecticut. email for pictures. sultanofswing13@hotmail.com thanks scott

DUDE! Do you have any idea what they would charge for something like that? Probably like $200 shipping if they packed it and crap themselves. I went there for a guitar box once and they wanted $25 for it. And for them to box up and ship out a guitar bass they wanted like $70. It's such a racket. Usually I can ship a guitar myself with UPS for around $10-20 fully insured.

Since it isn'tloaded,and as such, not "fragile electronics" they won't charge as much for packaging.

FWIW I hear Greyhound will deliver items like this.

Anyone ever try them?

ALSO...I've received items that were "professionally packed" from these losers at Mailboxes Etc etc etc etc

They charged the shipper a bunch & were possibly the worst packed items I've ever received.

Take the extra effort & pack it yourself in a way you'd like to receive something:bigthumb:

The shipping is reasonable. Yes it's lighter because it is empty. I would rather have an unloaded cabinet, because I would most likely change out the speakers anyway
Trust me, I will put it to good use. My 1960a will have a friend now

Yes I understand, but SD did not want to ship it originally, so I was trying to bargain with him by not creating the extra work
