Marshall dsl5c or Marshall code 50

So I have a tight budget for an amp but I desperately need an amp. I was looking at a new mrshall code 50 modeling amp or a dsl5c combo. Personally I prefer the regular amps as ppposed to modeling amps, and the jcm800 is my fav amp. Does anyone have any experience with both, because when I trade in my old amp and old acoustic, I would be paying $75 for the code 50 as opposed to $200 for the dsl5c
