No one has a Helios yet. I have owned all of the Bogners there are except the Helios, and played a 50w & 100w Silver Jubilee and the Slash Jubilee. I currently own a Bogner Goldfinger 90 which is basically a 3 channel amp with a clean channel, classic plexi mode, and a modded plexi mode. I know very well how Bogner amps sound and judging from the Helios audio that's available, and I would choose it over a Jubilee without a second thought. The Jubilee clean channel is not worth much in my opinion. It's the lead channel that's pretty cool. I don't think the Helios has a dedicated clean channel per se as it only has a plexi channel and a hotrodded Marshall channel. The clean channel probably doesn't have high headroom and is probably meant to be played utilizing the guitar volume knob, but I could be wrong.
I have also played an AFD100 and think it's better than the Jubilee. It's loaded with 6550's, and it roars for rhythm and screams for lead. It's one of the absolute best sounding Marshalls there is. Unfortunately, they were limited and the guys who still have one ask almost as much as they used to cost at the music stores. It doesn't have a clean channel, but the lead channel is incredible. Perhaps instead of considering a Jubilee vs Helios, you should consider an AFD100 vs Helios. I have seem them basically NOS in the factory box going for around $1900-2000. The Helios will probably run around $2400-2500.

Last I heard from my Bogner dealer is that they're at least 8 weeks out from actually arriving at stores, and those are already sold. I don't anticipate being able to get one very soon unless you're willing to pay full price. I'd wait until they've been out for a while.
Like I said about the channels, it does have two channels but I'm not sure that channel 1 has a whole lot of headroom. As far as I heard, it's more of a plexi type channel which breaks up like a plexi. I guess we'll see how that turns out.

I own a 2550 50W Jubilee stack, and used to own a 2555 100W Jubilee head. I checked out the Helios pretty thoroughly at the LA Amp Show. Jubilees have a lot going for them, being higher gain JCM 800's.
The Helios is definitely thicker, like a highgain Plexi. It's a big badass tone, that's for sure.
But overall, I like the Ecstasy models more than anything else Bogner makes. They just cover so much ground from a Twin to a Hiwatt, to Plexi to a mighty roar. As a matter of fact, I really love the Bogner blue and red pedals as well. You can plug those into any edgy clean amp and essentially add a Bogner channel to your amp, plus boost.
I don't know how Reinhold did it, but he captured the amps in those 3 pedals.

Totally agree! As a rabid Slash fan, I wanted a Silver Jubilee as a teenager (even though he really never used them on record). Finally got to spend some time with one a few years ago, and while it was cool, it didn't blow me away.
The AFD, on the other hand - the moment I plugged it in, I knew it was the amp for me. It has a bouncy, percussive gain response that completely captures the vibe of the AFD record guitar tones.
With respect to lack of clean channel, I've had decent success getting a pseudo clean channel for gigging by switching to the #34 mode and riding the volume knob. If you've got a coil split or 5-way switch, even better.

I have gigged Jubilee for decades. You would be hard pressed to find a better sounding lead amp for gigging. It work's with all kinds of guitars and pickups and at all kinds of volume levels required for live playing for a wide varity of music. its more managable than a plexi but the tone is of that quality. The clean is not a Fender clean and its not a JCM800 clean either. Its its own thing. Its okay if you like it. Putting a reverb device on the clean can work wonders.
I havn't played the Bogner in question so I can't compare.
