Oh wow, your right, I almost forgot. the living legend turns 50.
Lets all hope he puts something new out before he turns 60!... LOL. At the current rate though its not looking good.

Wow he made it. The man who has taught me more about guitar then all other guitar players combined has turned 50. As a fitting trubute this past weekend I bought the EVH MXR-Phase 90. Set that to script 9 o'clock postion and Eddie your face off.

My most influential guitarist of all time for sure. Tried to even look like him once!
Thank God for all these souls that provide us with inspiration and great music. For all those time they make are jaws drop and our fur rise on our skin. We owe alot to these people i think.
Good thing he got through his fight with cancer.
on the lighter side lets hope he DOES give us something good before 60 cause its been a LONG time. last album i think he did anything pretty cool was F.U.C.K

I hate this guy since the last tour he did with VH.. in Montreal, he stopped soloing to grab his cig that felt of his 50 yo mouth... that sucks! : poed:
But I agree, he brought alot to music and playing.

Yeah they did a 2-nighter there in '81. I have both shows. they're both real good about the same sound quality each night.
