I was thinking a Recto Verb head with red leather on the shell, blue leather on the face, white piping, and brown corners/handle... Or floral black leather shell and ranch leather face or, or... Lol

$180 for $30 of vinyl that takes them 8 seconds to put on. They put in on in negative time on a good day.

You are paying for customization, non-standardized process, excess inventory and of course extra profit on extra work. I'm sure you are free to peel off the stock covering and apply the covering of your choice.

Also, covering a shell takes a heck of a lot longer than 8 seconds, if it's a hand process.

2x12 vertical rectifier cab - $699

Upgrade to embossed leather covering (not including the cost of the cab) - $749

just the upgrade cost more than the entire stock cab... That seems a bit steep to me...

I'm down to spend an extra $500 to leatherize a rectoverb head tho... (Then probly spray paint white or silver flake stars on the blue and white stripes on the red leather lol)...

On a side note, I think I've come to my senses and gonna just get the 25 watt Recto and not the big one... It's gonna be used 99% in my house...

I'm seriously thinking about a leather "Captain America", only with white piping, Recto Verb 25 head... only $435 extra... And 2-3 month exttra wait... Which is worse than the expense really.

It does have white piping. Their photoshopped color changes are kinda meh, especially with just a white background.
