so you spray a clear lacquer over it to prevent tarnish/rust?

or just let it patina on its own?

sometimes i hit them with a coat of clear, however this one is just bare steel, they dont rust as much as you would think they would.

That's stunningly beautiful. I love the perforations on the back... reminds me of the old Trussart I used to have. If you can make these guitars accessible to the general buying public (aka not $3500 and above), then I think you'll have quite the client base. Great job!

It's cool that it looks like a piece of farm equipment. The big question is what does it sound like?
