Currently it is now, after I got my ENGL sold today:

Charvel 375 Deluxe/Kramer Mutt --> TS-9, Distortion+, Distortion III, Tsunami chorus, Phase 90, DD-5, Delayla --> Marshall JCM2000 DSL 100watt head --> Marshall 1982 4x12" bottom cabinet

Sounds killer

Jacksons with Duncan pickups (Full Shred, Invader or JB) into this pedalboard:

From there, it's on to a Peavey Classic 60 or Classic 50/50 tube power amp and Jackson 4x12 cab. I was lugging around a Peavey VTM-60 head before that, but realized one day that there was no need for anything more than a power amp.

The two units on the upper left, a Hush II and ART Tube EQ, will be replaced with pedals by the end of the month. For small stages or out-of-town shows where vehicle space is limited, I use a Boss ME-50 in place of the usual pedal rig. All I really need is distortion, delay, noise gate and a tuner, so it covers all the bases.

"Glam Metal????" Not quite! I use a very similar set-up and the Metal I play is definetley NOT glam!

Gibson V (Duncan SH-6 & SH-2) > Peterson Strobostomp > Barber Launch Pad (Line Driver/Buffer) > Barber Tone Press (Lead Boost) > Barber Direct Drive Super Sport (TS style OD) > Boss CE-2 > 1982 Marshall JCM 800 2204 (EL 34 - stock) > Marshall 1960 A 4x12 (Celestion 75 watt speakers).

I use this rig for either traditional Metal (Iron Maiden, Dio, Judas Priest) or Death/Thrash Metal (Angelcorpse, Destroyer 666, Morbid Angel). The tone is heavy as Hell, crunchy and full of mid-range grind. It bares NO resemblance to any 80s "Butt Rock/Glam" tones whatsoever.

Ibanez 1527 with a BareKnuckle Miracle Man in the bridge
it goes to Ibanez Weeping Demon wah-->Digitech Whammy-->Rocktron rampage-->MXR 10 band EQ-->Boss TU2--> VOX AD 50...

But it's going to change soon
The TU2 is going to be replaced with a strobostomp II ,The AD50 will be changed with an Engl Special edition ,and the Rocktron would have no use anymore ,so i am going to give to a good friend of mine!

he future plans on effects are a Eventide Eclipse ,and a decent Midi controler.

Eclipse and Engl Special edition is metal!More metal is not available!

i don't play metal a lot, but we covered whisky in the jar (metallica style) once.
i ran the following setup quite well:
strat(middle+bridge) -> morley volume -> sansamp nyc (cali channel wide open) -> engl thunder
(112 combo, celestion v30) + 112 cab (eminence governor)

Gibson LP's with very low output Duncans (AII Pro's, Pearly's, '59's) straight into Diezel Herbert, Mesa Oversize V30, 4x12's. I don't just do metal with it, though, I also do classic stuff.

It goes:

Wah --> Drives (TS-9 - Dist 3 - Dist +) -> Amp.

FX Loop Send -> DD5 -> Delayla -> Phase 90 -> Tsunami -> Return

Only 1 tiny tiny thing, its a 1982 cabinet, not a 1984.

If you want to change it, could you possibly add the speakers? They are Celestion Lead80s.

Well pal, you could probably do that yourself with MS Paint. Just open up the image and erase the text you want to change and type the new stuff in.
