Metal Solo pickups help me plz

I would like to know what the best type of Pickup i should get for my Sg special i love Dream_Theater and Metal Soloing things.

The air norton gets you real close to JP's neck-pickup tone. If you're shootin for that dream theater sound, your best bet is prolly with a good set of dimarzios.

Air Norton all the way.

In the bridge...if you want his older tone, try a Steve's Special. For newer stuff, try the D Sonic.

Steve's Special, Air Zone, or Breed in the Bridge.

I hear great thinsg about the Breed in SG's.

I am a huge fan of the Air Zone/Air Norton set!

Air Norton in the neck, Breed or Steve's Special in the bridge. Maybe a Tone Zone if you need to beef things up, in the bridge.
