middle position--bridge/neck

Does anyone out there know the correct way of wiring up a 5 way switch, where the neck and bridge pickup work in the middle position, if so, that would be great... Falcon1

Sorry, I don't know HOW it's done but I'm pretty sure that it CAN be done but I think you'd first need a super switch instead of the ordinary 5-way (the "super switch" IS a 5-way in looks but has sth like double the lungs of the normal one to increase the possible wiring schemes).

You need this one. The 3rd position is neck + bridge in parallel.

i'm not an expert (like artie), but that question has been asked before. the answer is no.

you can use the superswitch.

The Mega "E" doesn't appear give you all four coils on in the third position, although its a really cool suggestion in my opinion. If you can get ahold of a Super Switch you can do this: http://www.seymourduncan.com/suppor...atics.php?schematic=2hum_1vol_1tone_super5way

Yes. That's the one to get. The Schaller Megaswitch. It's what I use. They do wear out much faster than a regular 5 way switch though.
