Mini-humbucker mounting rings for SM-1

I have just bought a set of SM-1 Vintage mini-humbuckers. I am replacing the stock humbuckers in my Aria Pro II CS-250.

Does anybody know where can I get the mini-humbucker mounting rings?

Or should I just try modify the std humbucker rings. The main problem is that the mounting holes are 3mm further apart on a std humbucker
