I have one of those Monster cables for guitar which is about 21 feet long and is the most economical of their past run, since it seems to have been discontinued now. I'm speaking of the type that have a little thinner gauge cable and have those rubber identifying rings which come in different colors.
Last week, after about 2 years of use, one of them started dying out on me and I'm contemplating whether if I should take it up with them though I do now have a receipt or if I should just purchase a new cable.
Because of work I haven't been able to get them on the phone.
what's your experience been with Monster regarding their infamous no questions asked swap warranty?
