I just picked this up, I've been wanting one for a while and they aren't very common in natural so I paid a little much. 2003 model Standard 22 and cost me $1400 shipped. Looks like I'll be getting rid of my Les Paul Standard DC AAA amber top with C5/59 as well as an ESP camo Viper with EMG81/60.

Re: more GAS

The wood grain looks like Salmon, what is it, mahogany? And can you adjust intonation with that bridge?

Re: more GAS

Nice one Tat, hope she plays as nice as she looks... I'm surprised to see you get rid of the viper tho...

Re: more GAS

its interesting, different, and me like! looks classy with no color.

also, any pics of the dc or the viper? price?

Re: more GAS

i love all mahogany guitars - everytime someone wants me to build a guitar for them i push the all mahogany - maple looks nice, but you can't beat the mahogany warmth - great choice

It's just natural mahogany. The bridge is a regular PRS bridge, I have a tech do my setups so I no nothing about how these work. I do know that the last PRS I had was dead on intonated even when I changed tunings, very accurate and stable.

Re: more GAS

I've always liked those all mahogany prsi. I think I just saw one of ebay a few days ago that was around the same price. Anyway, Nice guitar. Have fun with it. :)
