do you already have a HH pickguard? If so, you would just unscrew the old one and screw in the new one. To wire it, you would solder the black to switch, green and shield to ground (back of volume pot), and solder red and white together and tape them off.

I think you will then have to make a small hole between the two holes in the pickguard to be able to mount the SD. It sounds dicey, but it's not to bad. I did the same to the mounting rings on my Carvin when I swapped out the stock pickups.
