Some of the early HiWatt Fanes could do it...I wound't try ultra low stuff on the synth or massive square waves either nor would I try a 5 string bass but they could handle it...keep in mind thought...those old Fanes are only 50 watts each.
Also, look into EV's and JBL's as well as PV Scorpion or Black Widows...both of those can be had pretty cheep and will handle loads of power and lowend.

How bout simply picking up a nice Roland JC120. (or GA120 even) It's potent, and is a very nice clean clean clean guitar amp, but is often used as a keyboard amp. The bass, hmm, that might be asking a bit much, unless at not so loud...
