Hi,

I would like to know how I can get a replacement preamp pot, or a complete wiring harness for my Music Man preamp. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Please first clarify which of the following you are looking to replace;
1) a pot in a stock USA Ernie Ball Musicman instrument
2) on one of their sub-brands
3) on a Seymour Duncan / Basslines STC series pre-amp/EQ loom.

I want to replace a pot in my STC preamp. The bass pot doesn't work at all, even though all the other controls work fine.

Do you have separate Treble and Bass pots or the stacked, dual concentric type?

I have separate bass and treble controls.

Read the markings printed on the pot chassis. These should identify the manufacturer, resistance value and type of the pot. Obtain a direct replacement.

If your EQ system was purchased brand new, contact the seller. You may be entitled to a replacement under the warranty.
