MXR m-80 DI

Anyone use one? Looks like a TON of features and appears to essentially be a two-channel bass preamp/DI perfect for recording.

I've tried one and didn't think it sounded very good. The Tech 21 Sansamp Bass Driver sounds better, but it's still a bit scooped and clanky. The best sounding bass DI I've heard is the rackmount Sansamp RPM, though I've heard the new VT Bass Rack is even better.

Cool. The vt appears to emulate an svt which is a bass sound I really like. The rpm looks pretty great too. Thanks

I like the M80 and the Hartke Bass Attack way better then the Tech 21 stuff and I've owned a bunch of those.

Also, Ampeg just came out with a 2 channel DI pedal.
