If that were true, the Phase 100 should be called the Phase 135, no?

Phase 45: 2 stages
Phase 90: 4 stages
Phase 100: 6 stages

Yes..the 45 and 100 are incorrect..... Phase 90....90 degrees out of phase...4 stages x 90 degrees= total 360 degrees of rotation...Phase 45 = 2 stages x 90 degrees...t is actually 180 degrees phase shift at max....it is improperly named but "1/2" the value of the Phase 90 in marketing speak. The Phase 90 is correctly named..90 degrees per stage
